Executive Director – Tom Pennington
The Executive Director serves as an employee and reports to the Board of Directors. Mr. Pennington, brings more than 25 years of experience in the college and non-profit community. He has a strong background in college student programming and non-profit management. Tom is responsible for the daily activities of the ALA, program marketing and planning, faculty recruitment, and fundraising.
