Reservations Request forms are accepted after August 15. Once reservations are confirmed, students will register online. Our deadlines for registration are November 15 for the January session and December 15 for March sessions. Click HERE for a list of session dates and campuses.
Instructions for completing the Reservation Request form:
1. Select your ALA Ambassador as our primary contact for all communications and materials. Ideally, this will be someone who has attended an ALA session before and wants to return with this season’s campus group. Please ensure this individual is ready to accept this responsibility and completes the Ambassador Application.
2. Download the MSWord form below. Please complete it in MS Word or a other word processing program. This is preferable to your printing it and completing by hand as – especially for emails – handwriting can be difficult to read.

2. Complete the chapter/campus and contact information at the top. Don’t forget to tell us the day and time you have your meetings, so we can get information to you in time to announce there.
3. Complete the roster of those interested (and ready) to attend. Please inform everyone of the costs involved. If they are not ready or able to assume those costs, they’re not ready to attend.
We need the following information for each person:
First and Last Name
Classification (FR=freshman, SO=sophomore, etc.)
E-mail
Phone (cell phone is preferred)
Number of times the student has been to any ALA session in Cabo in the past.
4. Once all data is entered and double-checked, save the document and email it to ALA as a “.doc” Word attachment (.rtf and .txt documents do not keep all the formatting we need).
When your request is received we will ensure that space is available for the session requested and, if so, will send an email to all those on your list, to let them know they are approved to purchase tickets and to provide additional information about the program and preparing for their trip.
In this way, your attendees will have the most up-to-date information, links to our online resources, and names and contact info for the ALA, should they have any questions. They also can purchase airline tickets with confidence that space in ALA/Cabo is available and reserved in their name.
If there is not space available, they will receive an email outlining the wait list process.
